MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT: ok, so this is it. I've finally opened my FF XII walkthrough, which means that a) I was a little busy with that, hence the lack of updates here - no worries I am making a small update today to the walkthrough proper, and more will come during the next weeks - and b) as this whole FF thingy is developping beyond what I had first thought, I've bought a new domain where I will host everything related to FF and other RPG (probably Kingdom Hearts, Xenogears, Star Ocean and a few others). So far the FF XII walkthrough is the only part open, but I will eventually move this FF X-2 walkthrough over as well. No worries, since I keep the asian-center.net domain, there will always be a page to redirect you to this walkthrough's new home. Change should be effective by the end of the year, I'd imagine, we'll see :-)

Also, I have now a new toy: a DVD recorder, which means that I can record game sessions and edit them, and take screencaps myself now, and that from any part of the game. Now, I have the french version only, but I'll buy an English version second hand probably to take screencaps for this walkthrough and for the galleries; I shall also do the same with the japanese FF X-2 international + last mission, although that's not gonna happen exactly any time soon either - too many other things to do that have priority, LOL Anyhoo, I hope all this will translate into good news for you all, and an improved website 08.12.06

Just to inform you that I have opened the garment grids section at last! Wasn't sure how to go about it, but in the end, you actually have the schemes for each grid, so that you can actually see what they look like to help you understand how they work. I will add a general information page on grids later, which hopefully will answer whatever questions you may have about them. Also, I have started posting about the sidequests in Chapter 3: since I didn't have anything beyond the Chapter 3 main quest page in the previous version of that walkthrough, that means I have to write everything from scratch instead of copying and editing what I already had, so updates may be slower - I apologize about that, and I hope regular work will at least partially make up for it!

Alright, I have a couple of things worth talking about here *g* I've kept working on the walkthrough and am now on my way to complete Chapter 2; the Sidequests have already been completed and Chapter 2 part 1 will be as well very soon, hopefully by tomorrow. Which means I'll only have Chapter 2 part 2 left, that I hope to complete in the next few days. Plus, since Tuesday is National Day here in Switzerland and that I am on holiday, I'm hoping to add a few Dresspheres details and, who knows, some items details as well as tackle Chapter 3. One can always hope, LOL. Also, please use the tag-board on the right to leave me your comments, constructive criticisms, encouragements, etc I really wish to have feedbacks, notably about the sections that you'd need to be completed sooner, or if you see broken links, etc. You can post in English, French, German or Italian :-)

Ok, I had not updated in almost a week, but I've got a lot of things going here. First, if you visited here previously, you'll note that this index page has changed quite a bit: most of what could be found here - introduction, about, disclaimer - can now be found on the new "About" page. This entrance, or home page will now serve to show you the latest updates about this site that is always growing now. At the top you will find a table that should show you at a glance what has been updated lately and what will be added next: that way, especially if you are following the walkthrough, you'll know what to expect soon in terms of game information. It will also reflect the development of other sections.

And now for the other updates: as you can see on the left, I've received my first FF X-2 items, whoohoo! That means I'm starting to organize my Collector's Corner: there will be a list of all FFX-2 items I am aware of, and, if available, pictures and as much informations as I can find, an illustrated list of FFX-2 items I own, and a wishlist. Please let me know if you're interested to contribute in anyway: I'd like this Collector's Corner to become a kind of reference for people looking for FFX-2 merchandise. Also, let me know if you'd like to share your lists on this site: who knows, maybe we could create a kind of trade area? *g*

For other site's updates, please check the table above! I'm updating too many little things to write a whole text about it - besides, what would be the point? The table should reflect those changes more accurately

Almost completed sidequests to chapter 1. Have started working on part 2 of the same chapter, and also posted two more dresspheres, Black Mage and Gun Mage, although I still need to work on the latter for additional information. I've also some plans for extras that you may guess at from the titles in the navigation column....stay tuned for more about that soon

I've completed the first dressphere page and have been working on the sidequests to chapter 1 - the latter is still a work in progress.

Also, I've been admited to my first fan listing, yeah! Thank you Raine for welcoming me in your Mission Time! fanlisting. The banner is the first on the right.

I've tried to put my holiday to good use and have started with the dresspheres and their abilities pages. I have both Thief and Warrior up so far, and hope to complete the page with the two next dresspheres soon. Also, there will be an introduction page to the dressphere section that will be added later on with all the basics on the subject; until then, the first dressphere page will be the one linked to in the menu. I've also gotten started with the preparation of the sidequests to Chapter 1 page - I hope it will come online in a week or so *fingers crossed* Until then, don't hesitate to contact me at entertainment(at)asian-center(dot)com: comments and constructive criticism welcome *g*

The text for chapter 1, part 1 has been completed, and sooner than I had hoped for (which must be a first - when it comes to my online stuff, I'm usually way behind schedule.....anyhoo!). There are still minor coding issues, but they relate more to aesthetics than to navigation, and you shouldn't encounter any problem with what's, of v. 2, already online. Also, I've created the first game data page - the Regular Items list (not available in the v. 1 of this walkthrough). I've included all healing items mentioned so far in the walkthrough, and in the latter, those items are clickable and linked to their description in the list ^-^

Ok, first mission completed in the walthrough, although it's a temporary version. I may be able to finish the first page by the weekend (especially since next Monday is a holiday here), before continuing with the first chapter; I'll also be working little by little on the various game data pages as new game elements show up in the walthrough. I hope it will be of help to you *g*

I did it at last! Version 2.0 of my walkthrough is under construction, and this page you're seeing now is the first result of that. Although I'm not entirely satisfied with the result and may be subject to changes, it's still a far cry from the original, ain't it?

Hopefully it shouldn't take me too long to get the first page of walkthrough back online now that I have the basics of the layout worked out. I hope to have also resource page up once I will have been through all the links I have collected over the years, many of which aren't active anymore, unfortunately. Come check back soon!
