It’s not that there actually is any new activity on the Celsius: sleep at the Cabin and open the chests for 6x Phoenix Down, 3x Ether, 4x Hi-Potion and 5x Remedy. But I wanted to draw your attention to a point that will be vital for Chapter 4: the Commspheres.While walking around Spira, Shinra will be in taw most of the time, and installing Commspheres: there’s a total of 20 of them. Of course, this is not compulsory to complete the game, but essential to obtain new items or even the "Episode complete" in Chapter 5. Most of the time, it will be enough to just visit the place, but some will require that you go to specific places inside the area. If you're interested, all details are in the sidequests
That's also one more reason to start with the sidequests; as usual, you'd better do that part before continuing with the main quest, especially since the monsters that await in the various temples are far from easy, and getting into it with levels under 30 may quickly reveal itself an impossible enterprise....
